Instructional Aides

| Requires repetitive movements of the wrists, hand and/or fingers, the ability to receive and express detailed information through oral communication, visual acuity, and the ability to read and understand written directions |
Senior Instructional Aides
Minimum Qualifications
| High school diploma and training in implementing one-to-one discrete trail instruction to children with autism | ||
| Valid California drivers license; current automobile insurance | ||
| TB Clearance | ||
| Fingerprint clearance through the California DOJ and FBI | ||
| Completion of at least three months of experience providing direct behavioral intervention, and completion of BECA’s Senior level training | ||
| Requires repetitive movements of the wrists, hand and/or fingers, the ability to receive and express detailed information through oral communication, visual acuity, and the ability to read and understand written directions |

Educational Consultants
Minimum Qualifications
| MS or MA in Psychology, Social Work, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis with a minimum of 5 graduate-level courses in Applied Behavior Analysis or concurrent enrollment in M.A./M.S. program as described above | ||

| Criminal background clearance through the California DOJ and FBI | ||
| Two years + prior work experience with children with autism (AUT), an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or pervasive developmental disorder (PDD) utilizing the techniques of applied behavior analysis, specifically discrete trial training | ||
| Preference for candidates who hold BACB certification or who are eligible for such certification and for candidates with prior experience in the design and development of behavioral education programs for children with autism | ||
